Our Approach

Learning EEG is an educational resource, and keeping it simple and respectful of your privacy is part of that. The site is not used to serve advertising or to track you across other websites, and nothing you do here is sold or shared for marketing.

What the Site Collects

To understand which concepts learners find difficult, the site records basic quiz activity with Supabase, our database provider; this includes the quiz's chapter and question, the answer you chose, whether it was correct, and how long it took. This is tied only to a random identifier created for each visit and is not used to identify you personally; it does not include your name, email, or any account.

Analytics & Technical Data

To see roughly how many people visit, the site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first tool that measures visits and page views without cookies and without building a profile of you. As with any website, the providers that host and run the site may also process standard technical information, such as IP addresses, for security and reliable operation. Web fonts (Google Fonts) and code libraries (jsDelivr) are loaded from external services, which may receive your IP address as part of delivering those files. These providers handle data under their own privacy policies.

Cookies

This site does not set cookies of its own for advertising or tracking. Providers such as our host may set strictly necessary cookies (to tell human visitors from automated bots, for instance), but because no non-essential cookies are used, no consent banner is shown.

Accounts, Changes & Contact

The site is free and requires no account, and its current offerings will always remain so. If features are added that require a paid subscription, this policy will be updated to describe any account or payment information involved. It may also change as the site evolves; the date below reflects the current version.

Learning EEG is intended for general education, not as a formal diagnostic tool. It does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you have any questions about privacy, please reach out at admin@learningeeg.com.
